The Strategy & Operations team at Airwallex plays a pivotal role in driving the company's overall growth and efficiency. We are a collaborative group of analysts, strategists, and operational experts who are passionate about translating vision into action. We leverage data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex operates efficiently and effectively at scale.

Airwallex is looking for a professional with either commercial sales or revenue operations experience and a hunger to grow our commercial operations in Singapore. Our Revenue Operations is a multi-disciplinary team focused on building a scalable and efficient revenue engine. We work across people, process, systems, data, and enablement.

This role will grow the Revenue Operations structure, processes, and capabilities in East Asia. We are looking for someone who has a passion for and is adept at analyzing, building, and solving problems, and being a valued strategic partner to our commercial leaders. This role involves collaboration with both global and regional teams to uncover commercial insights, establish commercial systems, processes, and tools, as well as drive implementation.
