Interim Director of Nursing

Job Summary

Pruitt Health is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing to provide leadership and clinical oversight across Healthcare Centers in the State of Georgia. This role supports facilities during periods of transition and ensures the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and nursing team performance.

• Direct the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department within assigned Healthcare Centers
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, compassionate resident care
• Support and mentor nursing teams to strengthen clinical processes
• Promote a collaborative, professional, and respectful work environment
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company standards
• Provide stability and leadership during periods of turnover or operational transition

• Active RN license in the State of Georgia (or compact license eligible for GA)
• Previous Director of Nursing or Nurse Leadership experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel within the state for interim assignments
