Position Overview
Global Med Logistix (GMLx) is seeking a Recruiter to support the company’s continued growth across company functions with a focus on operations. This role will own and execute the full cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with leadership to build a strong, scalable workforce aligned with GMLx’s culture and operational standards. In addition to recruiting, this role will support core human resources functions, helping to strengthen foundational HR processes during a period of expansion and organizational transition.

The Recruiter will play a critical role in standardizing hiring and onboarding practices, managing high-volume requisitions, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring a consistent, professional candidate and employee experience across all locations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple GMLx locations
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to assess workforce needs, clarify role requirements, and establish hiring priorities and timelines
  • Develop, update, and post job descriptions aligned with GMLx role structures, compensation bands, and internal equity practices
  • Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies
  • Review and screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and coordinate interview logistics across teams
  • Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and pre-boarding process to ensure seamless and engaging candidate experience
  • Maintain timely, transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Represent GMLx at job fairs, career events, and recruiting initiatives to support ongoing talent pipeline development
  • Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of standardized recruiting processes and workflows
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data, tracking pipelines, hiring progress, and key recruiting metrics
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership, Operations, and Executive leadership to align hiring activity with business objectives
  • Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts as the organization scales across locations
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and DEI best practices
  • Provide support to HR leadership on employee lifecycle initiatives and HR operations during periods of rapid growth or organizational change

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition strategy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational abilities
