Pay Rate: Up to $52,000.00 annually
Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Opportunity to play a critical role in overnight workforce operations
As the Bilingual 3rd Shift Onsite Specialist
, you will support day-to-day workforce operations while serving as a key connection between Diverse Staffing, client leadership, and temporary associates. You will assist with employee relations, attendance management, payroll processing, safety initiatives, and workforce engagement activities.
Provide daily onsite support for temporary associates.
Serve as a liaison between client management and employees.
Address employee concerns professionally and promptly.
Monitor attendance and workforce activity.
Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Manage PPE inventory and distribution.
Support production and operational meetings.
Help maintain fill rates based on client demand.
Communicate workforce updates and schedule changes.
Assist with employee recognition and engagement efforts.
Support retention initiatives and associate satisfaction.
Assist with injury documentation and workers’ compensation processes.
Ensure adherence to client and company compliance standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Assist with payroll and timekeeping information.
Complete operational and workforce reports.
Maintain employee records and required documentation.
Ensure reporting deadlines are met accurately.
Fluent in Spanish and English
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of staffing, customer service, onsite support, or workforce operations experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to support a workforce during overnight hours
