The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in the daily execution of service delivery and client experience. This position works closely with the Customer Service Manager and partners across IT support, operations, and project teams to ensure communication stays aligned, work moves forward efficiently, and clients remain informed.

What You’ll Be Doing- Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound client requests via phone and email
- Capture, triage, and assign tickets to appropriate teams
- Coordinate schedules, priorities, and updates across internal teams
- Keep clients informed with clear, timely communication
- Support operational workflows including documentation, purchasing coordination, and inventory tracking
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams through consistency and attention to detail
- Candidates with ~1 year of MSP experience (including interns, junior project coordinators, dispatchers, or L1 engineers)
