Socket.dev is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to support office, warehouse, and remote users, resolve tickets, and maintain hardware and software assets. You will deploy PCs, printers, PDAs, and warehouse label printers, assist with IT projects, and ensure systems run smoothly under the IT Manager's direction.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS, 1–2 years helpdesk experience, and strong communication. Bilingual English/Korean is a plus; you’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
