Service Transition Specialist

• Manage project take-on using a structured, quality-first approach
• Ensure there is no solution or service creep against the proposal or contract
• Identify supply-chain shares based on contracts won with hardware supply share
• Prepare, implement, and follow up on customer appointments and workshops
• Design supply-chain-relevant processes according to current standards, best practices, and efficiency considerations
• Clarify opportunities and risks with the account team
• Coordinate with relevant GTS team leaders
• Participate in transition meetings and customer implementation workshops
• Complete final acceptance of service-provision processes, including B2B and shop-connection testing where applicable
• Document GTS services, including change management and reporting services, and hand over documentation to customers, Account, and GTS teams
• Track and meet SLAs, KPIs, and reporting requirements
• Achieve project profitability and customer satisfaction through commercial management
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Produce management reports using relevant tools to provide current project-progress information
• Produce project documentation supporting successful outcomes
• Coordinate resource requirements and project deadlines
• Comply with the Projects Practice lifecycle and best practices
• Follow Computacenter Information Security Policies and report security events or risks
• Work on contracts and projects involving product-supply requirements

• At least 1-2 years experience in a similar position
• Commercially astute/experience or comparable qualification
• Good communication skills
• Distinctive organizational strength
• Sound knowledge of MS-Office
• Prince2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent
• Experience of working in a project team on at least 2 projects
• Knowledge of initiation, change management, risk management, and the principles and practicalities of running projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Ability to manage own and others workload
• Ability to incorporate input from a broad set of business stakeholders as needed
• Awareness of long-term trends in the business
• Ability to adapt to uncertainty
• Ability to sponsor and enable process changes while building support for change across the entire business
• Ability to define processes aligned with available technologies and future plans
• Ability to optimize end-to-end process efficiency while emphasizing effectiveness objectives
• Ability to remove internal barriers and align process incentives
• Expert understanding of process-design trade-offs affecting upstream and downstream activities and stakeholders
• Expert ability to identify, define, and create SLA metrics through understanding of organizational process requirements

Demonstrates expertise in project management, including risk management, change management, and process design. Proficient in building relationships and ensuring project profitability while adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
