Migration Specialist
Are you passionate about technology and customer service? Do you want to be a part of a dynamic company where you can accelerate your career? We are seeking a dedicated Migration Specialist to join our rapidly expanding Client Expierence Team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful transition of clients from the legacy platforms to the new systems by providing system configuration support, client training, and ongoing guidance throughout the migration progress.

- Perform back-end system configuration and setup to ensure accurate implementation of client requirements.
- Conduct client training sessions and provide education on systems functionality, features, and best practices.
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform's capabilities to effectively engage clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 2 years of expierence in payroll processing or implementation.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Ability to influence and effectively challenge thinking to foster improvements.
- Innovative mindset with a commitment to excellence.
