Logistics & Order Processing Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Order Processing Coordinator to support daily order fulfillment and transportation operations within a fast-paced, multi-channel distribution environment. This position combines order processing, logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, and shipment management to ensure products move accurately and efficiently from order entry through final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with 3PL partners and LTL/FTL freight carriers, along with exposure to eCommerce and wholesale order fulfillment.

• Process and manage customer orders across multiple sales channels, including eCommerce marketplaces and B2B/wholesale accounts.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses, third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, and LTL/FTL freight carriers.
• Schedule and monitor shipments to ensure accurate and on‑time delivery.
• Track orders and freight throughout the fulfillment process and proactively address delays, discrepancies, or transportation issues.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations and sales channels to help prevent stockouts and fulfillment delays.
• Communicate with sales, customer service, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain a smooth and accurate order flow.
• Maintain accurate order, shipment, and inventory information within ERP, inventory management, and order management systems.
• Coordinate returns, replacements, and other reverse‑logistics activities.
• Assist with freight discrepancies, damaged shipments, and carrier claims.
• Research and resolve order fulfillment and transportation issues while keeping internal teams and customers informed.
• Maintain organized documentation and accurate records related to orders, shipments, inventory, and carrier activity.

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, order processing, or a related operations role.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating with 3PL providers and LTL/FTL freight carriers is required.
• Experience supporting multi‑channel eCommerce environments such as Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or order management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, shipments, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  Proven ability to identify issues, research discrepancies, and coordinate solutions with internal and external partners.

We’re looking for someone who understands the full order‑to‑delivery process and can confidently coordinate between customers, warehouses, 3PL partners, and freight carriers. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, and able to quickly resolve issues that could impact fulfillment or delivery.
