Position OverviewField Service Technician at INTRAVIS’ US HQ in Norcross, GA. Provide customer support for vision inspection systems, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, train clients, and coordinate activities. Approx. 75% travel required.
Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain vision inspection systems in the United States and internationally.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Train clients on system usage.
- Coordinate activities with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- A solid foundation in technical education or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- 1+ years of experience with electro‑mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not a must.
- Willingness to travel approx. 75% (domestically and internationally) with a valid driver’s license and passport.
