Warehouse Supervisor

At our new, state-of-the-art warehouse in Norcross, Georgia, the Parts Distribution Centers (PDC) play a crucial role in housing, picking, and delivering genuine Toyota parts to 177 dealerships across the Southeast.  We are seeking a
** Warehouse Supervisor
** to lead a team in a fast-paced environment focused on de-vanning, receiving, picking, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts. The ideal candidate will inspire action, foster associate engagement, and drive performance while maintaining a high standard of quality and operational efficiency. This leadership role is integral to the success of daily operations, and you will be pivotal in developing and guiding a motivated, efficient team.

** Responsibilities:
** Provide ongoing coaching to associates through development discussions, utilizing the Individual Development Planning process to enhance skills and maximize productivity.
** Continuous Improvement:
** Champion Hoshin goals and work with leadership to continuously improve processes and drive customer-focused solutions.

* Qualifications:

** Minimum of 2 years5 years of experience without a degree. of leadership experience in distribution or manufacturing with a bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System.

Previous supervisory experience with responsibility for coaching and performance management preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.

Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
