Vice President of Commercial Construction

The Vice President of Commercial Construction is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's commercial construction operations, providing strategic leadership, and driving profitable growth across multiple projects and markets. This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure operational excellence, strong client relationships, and consistent project delivery.

• Lead and manage all commercial construction operations, including preconstruction, project management, field operations, and closeout
• Provide executive oversight to Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and support teams
• Drive business growth by supporting pursuit strategies, key client relationships, and repeat business
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations
• Establish and enforce company standards, processes, and best practices across all commercial projects
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams on major pursuits and risk assessment
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and job cost controls across the portfolio
• Serve as a senior leader and culture carrier within the organization

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing large, complex commercial projects and teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, and profitability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Background working with healthcare, education, office, industrial, or mixed‑use projects preferred
