Job Description:

This role focuses on end‑to‑end program management for capital expansion and product development initiatives. The manager leads complex, cross‑functional programs from planning through execution, commissioning, and production handoff, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and rigor in governance.

• Own end‑to‑end program management for capital expansion initiatives from planning through execution, commissioning, and production handoff.
• Define and govern program parameters, metrics, and governance structures to support successful delivery.
• Plan and manage small to mid‑size product development projects across multiple phases within a large multi‑functional product development program, or manage multiple related projects concurrently.
• Lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross‑functional programs from definition through execution and launch.
• Drive accountability across teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets.

• Extensive experience in program management with a track record of delivering large or multiple projects on time and within scope.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability in governance, metrics definition, and risk management.
