Production Manager

Oversee the production operations on a day-to-day basis, guaranteeing smooth and efficient production process implementation, optimizing productivity and minimizing the costs. The ultimate goal is to execute production deliverables of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees and ensure the safe use of equipment , as well as the regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Drive quality control initiatives and ensure delivery
• Working with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

• 5+years experience with project management activities and strong technical expertise
• Confirmed Experience in Blowing, Packaging and Tooling Portfolio
• Abilityto read and interpret Engineering document such as packaging and mold assembly dwg
• Good Manufacturing Practices for machining industry
• Overall knowledge for machining and parts manufacturing technologies
• Quality control requirements knowledge / Laboratory standards, regulations &policy knowledge
