About the roleThe primary responsibilities are developing and implementing the Company’s manufacturing processes and equipment needed to build our particle characterization instruments, along with the responsibility for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance processes. This role leads a team of manufacturing engineers focusing on existing and new product introductions and ensures collaboration between engineering and production teams to maintain teammate safety and product quality.
The position aligns the manufacturing engineering department s business plan with the Company’s overall organizational objectives and targets.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining and improving compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal standards. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of quality, and ensure our products consistently meet and exceed the highest standards of quality.
The Manager of Manufacturing Engineering is empowered to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize resource utilization. The role contributes experience and creativity to drive transformation within our manufacturing environment and acts as a catalyst for innovation to shape future production methods.

The Manager of Manufacturing Engineering plays a key part in ensuring the Company s manufacturing processes are safe and efficient and produce high-quality products. The position is a cornerstone within the Company and drives continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will quickly establish collaboration and an atmosphere of trust among colleagues while learning the legacy manufacturing environment and quality programs.
