Description:
Day to Day Duties

• All shifts offered (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets, materials, and finished goods.
• Safely transport raw materials from storage areas to production lines.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying counts match shipping and receiving documentation.
• Organize and stack products in designated warehouse or staging areas.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow proper safety procedures and OSHA standards at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as pallet wrapping, labeling, and inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Record and track product movement using scanners, paperwork, or warehouse management systems.
• Be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as production and shipping schedules require.

Job Requirements

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3-5 years of proven forklift operating experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when business needs demand.
• Recent Operation:
  Must have operated a forklift within the last 6 months to ensure up-to-date skills and safety practices.
• Certification:
  Current forklift certification/license, or ability to obtain/renew prior to starting employment.
• Safety Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and safe forklift operating procedures.
• Physical Ability:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, reach, and stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to accurately read work orders, match product labels, and complete paperwork or electronic tracking.
• Teamwork:
  Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability:
  Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
• Work Environment Flexibility:
  Ability to work in refrigerated, dry, or production areas as needed.
