Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Operate food production line equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor product flow and adjust machinery to maintain consistent production speed and quality
• Inspect raw materials and finished goods for defects, removing and reporting any non-conforming products
• Accurately weigh, measure, and portion ingredients per production specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following sanitation and hygiene guidelines for food handling
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and stacking finished products for shipment or storage
• Perform routine equipment checks and alert maintenance staff of any malfunctions or safety concerns
• Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
• Record production data, including quantities produced, waste, and downtime, for reporting purposes
• Support team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain workflow efficiency

This Job Requires:

• 1-2 years of experience in a food production, manufacturing, or packaging environment (preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards (GMP, HACCP, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency
• Ability to follow written recipes, production instructions, and safety guidelines
• Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with other line workers and supervisors
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Flexibility to work morning, evening, or weekend shifts based on production demands
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, especially when learning new equipment or procedures
• Spanish proficiency preferred
