** with long-term growth potential. This role is responsible for setting up and operating machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.
** Machine Operator & Setup (Warehouse/Production) - Temp-to-Perm | Train on 1st shift transition to 2nd shift.*
* ** Pay:** $20-$21/hour (based on experience)

** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
** Regular
Shift:
** Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
** Department:

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate specialty machinery to print or label rigid containers such as jars, bottles, cans, and pails
+ Set up and adjust machines for screen or label changes and production needs
+ Follow work orders, SOPs, and manufacturer instructions for proper setup and operation
+ Complete required documentation (inspection forms, label retention, line clearance, tape tests)
+ Perform first piece inspections and ensure quality standards are met
+ Verify correct artwork and ensure proper labeling and packaging
+ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
+ Perform routine maintenance and daily preventive maintenance (PMs)
+ Maintain accurate production logs and paperwork
+ Follow quality procedures including barcode scanning and verification
+ Communicate with team members to maintain production flow
+ Maintain a clean workspace using 5S methodology
+ Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
+ Ensure materials and supplies are available for production
+ Perform additional duties as assigned
** Required Skills & Abilities*
* + Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery
+ Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
+ Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
+ Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
+ Strong communication skills
** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or GED required
+ Technical/vocational training preferred
+ At least 1 year of machine operator/setup experience required
** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to stand for long periods
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Frequent bending, stretching, and squatting
+ Visual ability to operate and inspect machinery safely

** Pay Details:** $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
