Job Summary
Metal fabrication shop in Norcross is hiring a Welding / Fabrication Shop Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity. Pay is $28-34 per hour with excellent benefits. Monday through Friday, day shift.
Responsibilities- Hands‑on welding and fabrication work.
- Lead a small crew of welders and fabricators.
- Assign daily work, keep jobs on schedule, and check quality.
- Ensure the shop stays safe, clean, and productive.
- Five or more years of metal fabrication and welding experience.
- Strong MIG welding skills.
- Supervisory experience.
- Ability to read prints and shop drawings.
