Experienced Large Format Prepress Supervisor

Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 annually

A growing company in Norcross, GA is seeking an experienced Large Format Prepress Supervisor to lead and support prepress production operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring extensive large-format print production experience and strong technical knowledge of prepress workflows.

• Supervise and participate in daily prepress production activities
• Prepare and set up files for:
  • Roll-to-Roll Printers
  • Flatbed Printers
  • Roll-to-Roll Plotters
  • Flatbed Cutters
• Manage and troubleshoot large-format production workflows
• Support vinyl vehicle wrap production and file preparation
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
• Maintain quality standards and production efficiency
• Coordinate workflow priorities to meet tight deadlines

• Extensive experience in Large Format Prepress and Production
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Onyx Software
  • Fiery Software
  • Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with plotting and routing workflows
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and lead a team

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 annually (Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire opportunity for the right candidate).
