Production Line Trainer

Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for training and manufacturing excellence? We’re looking for a Production Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high‑quality kit production. This is an opportunity to lead from the front—coaching team members, improving processes, and ensuring operational success in a dynamic production environment.

• Oversee production jobs from start to completion with accuracy and urgency
• Dispense buffers and assemble kits following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Train and support new and existing production associates on processes and best practices
• Review and verify production job sheets for accuracy and compliance
• Enforce adherence to SOPs and quality standards
• Operate a variety of basic production equipment
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment aligned with company, industry, and regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO quality and environmental management systems

• 1–2 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment (or similar experience)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Ability to obtain respirator certification upon hire

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, physical sciences, or a related field
• Prior training or mentorship experience in a production or manufacturing setting
