Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Millwork Fabricator with a strong background in cabinetry and architectural millwork who is ready to grow within our team. This is not a management role, but we’re looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, contributes ideas, and can help keep projects moving in the shop.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate and assemble custom millwork and cabinetry
- Read and interpret shop drawings accurately
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm solutions for custom pieces
- Support shop workflow by taking initiative and staying organized
- Communicate progress and challenges with management
- Assist with installation as needed
- Experience in architectural millwork and/or cabinetry
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to contribute ideas
- Team-oriented with a reliable, proactive attitude
- Someone who takes pride in their work
- A natural contributor in the shop—not just clocking in and out
