Engelman’s Bakery seeks a hands-on FSQA Supervisor to lead night-shift quality and sanitation with direct accountability for product safety and regulatory compliance. You will partner with the night shift Production Manager and support a culture of continuous improvement.
You bring at least 5 years in QA in Food & Beverage manufacturing, strong sanitation knowledge, and SQF/FDA/GMP expertise, plus supervisory experience and bilingual English/Spanish.
