Job Title:
Graphic Designer (Production Environment)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong production experience to support high-volume manufacturing operations. This role requires proficiency in CorelDRAW and a solid understanding of print workflows, including experience with Raster Link 7 and/or Mimaki printers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains precision under pressure, and ensures all artwork meets production standards on the first pass.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and prepare artwork using CorelDRAW for production printing
  • Ensure all files are production-ready, accurate, and meet quality standards before release
  • Operate within print workflows involving Raster Link 7 and Mimaki printing systems
  • Review and correct artwork for alignment, sizing, color accuracy, and material compatibility
  • Collaborate with production teams (printing, cutting, doming, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Identify and resolve artwork issues before they impact production

    Maintain organized file structures and version control
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce errors and rework
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW (required)
  • Working knowledge of Raster Link 7 and/or Mimaki printers (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to follow standard work and maintain consistency across orders
  • Basic understanding of color management and print materials
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production-based print environment
  • Familiarity with large-format printing, heat transfers, or embellishment processes
  • Knowledge of vector vs. raster artwork and proper file handling
  • Experience reducing remake rates and improving first-pass quality
