Overview
Immediate need for a Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join a growing Primary Care group on a part‑time basis. Recent grads welcome. Let’s discuss!
Job Description / Duties- Outpatient primary care.
- Preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, wellness exams, follow-ups, and medication management.
Adding provider for new independent PCP clinic.
Joining Other ProvidersThere are no other physicians onsite. A remote collaborating physician will be provided.
ScheduleMonday–Tuesday (8 am‑5 pm) outpatient schedule. No call. Answer patient questions once per day. No weekends.
Patient PopulationPrimarily adults.
Compensation- Competitive base salary + productivity bonus.
- 55–70 per hour. Depending on experience.
Productivity‑based incentives.
EMRCloud‑based EMR (Optimantra).
Patients Per Day- Ramp‑up initially, target 16–25/day.
- 2 days per week.
