Certified Nursing Assistant- Signed ‘Statement of No Misconduct’
- Negative TB Test Results
- Completion of the Orientation Training
- Certified Nursing Assistant for the State of Georgia
- Provide the Agency with True Statements Regarding Qualification Requirements
- Signed ‘Statement of No Misconduct’
- Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Negative TB Test Results
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Negative TB Test Results
- Ability to Follow Verbal and Written Instructions
- Ability to Read and Write English Fluently
- Completion of Training or Passing of Competency Assessment as Appropriate
