Job Purpose
Responsible for the clinical nursing care of home infusion patients and management of nursing staff supporting Pruitt Health Infusion pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain all infusion skills to be prepared for all aspects of home infusion treatments required.
- Participate in continuing educational programs to keep abreast of changes in your field as well as to maintain current License/certification as required.
- Attend and participate in mandatory in-services.
- Be able to use all nursing education/skills to assist home enteral patients on pharmacy service.
- Knowledge and experience in managing staff.
- Skills in conflict resolution.
- Ability to be available to all staff as needed.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from an accredited college or university or graduate of an accredited/approved RN program.
Minimum Experience Required
5-10 years of nursing experience with a concentration on infusion and management.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law
Current, active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice. Current CPR certification.
Additional Qualifications
CRNI preferred.
