LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice ICD-10 Certification Must obtain Oasis C-2 Certification within 9 months from hire
