As an Arbor-Nomics Aeration team member, you’ll help us gear up for our spring aeration season. You’ll work alongside our experts to help aerate customers’ lawns during our busy season.

• Run aeration equipment across the lawn to perforate the soil, ensuring a uniform distribution of holes.
• Adjust aerator settings (e.g., depth or spacing) based on soil type, grass type, and the needs of the lawn.
• Water the lawn after aeration to help the soil recover and promote healthy growth.

• High school or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• No industry experience necessary.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Candidates may be asked to work on Saturdays.

In addition to $18.00 an hour you'll have the opportunity to earn overtime. Training will be provided upon acceptance of the job. This is a seasonal position. However, pending performance, we may be able to offer a more permanent position.
