Ole Mexican Foods is looking for a structured, detail-oriented Quality Systems Management Associate to support our Quality Assurance and Compliance teams. If you enjoy data management, cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring top-tier food safety standards, we want to hear from you.

• Database & Portal Maintenance:
  Keep internal QA databases and customer portals accurate and regularly updated.
• Document Control & Compliance:
  Assist in developing, updating, and deploying corporate policies, specifications, and procedures within the OLE‑QMS document control module.
• KPI & Trend Analysis:
  Log QA Key Performance Indicators, evaluate data to ensure standards are met, and generate trend reports.
• Audit & Certification Support:
  Prepare materials for GFSI and Gluten-Free audits, and manage bi‑annual FDA registrations.
• Traceability & Recalls:
  Regularly test the Corporate Traceability Program across facilities and maintain updated recall data.
• New Product Support:
  Create and communicate new item specifications to designated plants and the Marketing department.
• Staff Training:
  Train QA/QC staff on database systems and new operational devices.
• Support special studies in collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Marketing Department.
• Ensure QA KPI’s are logged, review data, and create trends and reports based on data mining.
• Ensure that the QA shared database is organized, updated, and maintained regularly.
• Maintain customer (retail and food service) documentation requirements up to date and complete.

• Work in a smoke‑free environment.
• Wear steel‑toe shoes.
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to 12 hours at a time.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Language:
  English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; basic understanding of applied and theoretical statistics.
• Excellent professional communication skills, organizational habits, and a collaborative attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• At least 5 years of experience; experienced level.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Work hours:

8 AM - 5 PM
