About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will champion our food safety systems, maintain strict compliance with regulatory and company standards, and support a culture of continuous operational excellence. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products consistently meet top-tier safety, sanitation, and quality specs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory & Food Safety Compliance:
    Drive strict adherence to Food Safety Regulatory Requirements, company policies, and sanitation standards to guarantee product safety at every step.
  • GMP & HACCP Oversight:
    Ensure processing activities and products conform to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs Part 110.0 & 117.0) and support our Food Safety Plan / cHACCP systems.
  • Process Verification & Documentation:
    Review processing activities against specs, and update critical work aids (instructions, charts, manuals, code date calendars, bulletins) for product verification.
  • Issue Investigation & Escalation:
    Promptly investigate, document, and communicate food safety or quality issues to the QA Manager.
  • Audits & Training:
    Active participant in food safety/sanitation audits. Identify team training needs and ensure all QA training is effectively conducted and documented.
  • Team Communication:
    Lead monthly team meetings to address employee feedback, process updates, and operational goals.
Responsibilities
  • Ensures by keeping updates to compliance to Food Safety Regulatory Requirements
  • Ensures highly disciplined compliance with all regulatory and Company.
  • Defines and support food safety and sanitation standards, systems, procedures, and practices to guarantee product safety.
  • Must be familiar with the Quality Management System.
  • Reviews processing activities to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Assures that products are being produced in conformance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s Part 110.0 & 117.0)
  • Must be familiar with Food Safety Plan/cHACCP.
  • Investigates and communicate to the Q.A manager all food safety issues.
  • Responsible for assessing the training needs of the QA team, making sure that training is adequately performed and documented.
  • Reviews and update work aids (instructions, charts, manuals, bulletins, code date calendars, etc.) essential for verification of product quality.
  • Participates in food safety and sanitation audits.
  • Conducts monthly team meetings to address employee issues.

    Experience:

    Background participating in food safety and sanitation audits.
  • Leadership & Training:
    Proven ability to assess training needs, document training records, and facilitate monthly team meetings.
