Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment;
Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs;
Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes;
Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity;
Upholds company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
