Order Filler

Job Description

Responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Will also be responsible for shipping and receiving inventory as well as maintaining back stock. When orders aren't being fulfilled team member will be putting away incoming merchandise.

• Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders in a timely manner
• Review Hub orders, pulling parts, stage product, finalize paperwork
• Interaction with Drivers on paperwork, instructions, etc.
• Engaging store to facility network to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions; work with ordering store for fulfillment options if unavailable in network
• Manage and comply with all Hub records and all paperwork policies and procedures

• Additional Inventory activities including Overstocks, Callbacks, Resets
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Assist with Front Room Inventory functions
• Assist with cores and defects
