Position Summary

Field Merchandiser – independent, proactive role serving one of the world’s largest gaming companies. Responsibilities include maintaining client kiosks, ensuring inventory and product presentation, and providing excellent customer service at supported retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive between local retailers with the vendor’s kiosk and replenish inventory.
• Report issues with kiosk placement, deficiencies, and inventory status to leadership.
• Maintain kiosks, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure functional operation.
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships during each visit.
• Keep kiosks clean, dust‑free, and free of defects.
• Load, transport, and unload inventory from local warehouse to retailers using the fleet vehicle.
• Respond to dispatch calls via the work order system during scheduled shifts.
• Maintain kiosk exterior (cleaning, painting, restoring) and secure merchandise.
• Perform administrative tasks: log work tasks, product orders, fix‑it tickets, mileage, meal breaks, and time worked.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail with multiple product types.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and flexible in inventory replenishment based on sales.
• Ability to thrive in virtual training environments and hands‑on learning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multi‑tasking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient with tablet use and basic data entry.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant field experience preferred (inventory replenishment/management, kiosk/display troubleshooting, or general warehouse/stocking).

Additional Requirements

• Legal age to rent a car in the assigned jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license; must pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and carry/maintain auto insurance meeting T-ROC minimum coverage.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50lbs.
• Experience working in a stockroom or warehouse environment with machinery exposure, bending, crouching, standing, and walking.

Pay Range

$19.00 – $19.00 per hour.
