We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance & HR to serve as the financial backbone of our North American operation, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic relevance of all financial reporting and accounting functions and an experienced leader who professionally manages all HR-related matters of the local entity.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance & HR to serve as the financial backbone of our North American operation, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic relevance of all financial reporting and accounting functions and an experienced leader who professionally manages all HR-related matters of the local entity.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Experience in a capital equipment, industrial machinery, packaging, or manufacturing environment highly preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and demonstrated experience managing financial audits and tax compliance.
• Hands-on ERP experience required; familiarity with systems commonly used in distribution or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience in a subsidiary or multi-entity environment with international parent company reporting is a plus.
• Experience in the field of HR processes.

• Deep analytical ability — comfortable translating operational data into financial insights and presenting findings clearly to non-financial leaders.
• High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; ability to build accurate, maintainable models.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with operations, sales, service, and executive leadership.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Process- and systems-oriented mindset — you proactively identify inefficiencies and build better workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage competing priorities during close cycles.
• Comfortable operating within a global corporate structure while maintaining the agility of a lean North American team.

The Head of Finance & HR will own all accounting and financial operations as well as all local HR processes for ROVEMA North America, partnering closely with executive leadership and the parent company (ROVEMA GmbH) to deliver accurate financial reporting, maintain rigorous internal controls, and provide forward-looking analysis that drives business decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with experience in capital equipment, machinery, or manufacturing environments and Human resources.
