Store Protection Specialist

Ross Stores -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and maintain a safe environment for associates and customers;
Greet customers with eye contact and courtesy while monitoring for theft indicators on the sales floor;
Collaborate with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortages;
Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for suspicious behavior and communicate findings to Store Leadership;
Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures
