Global Aviation Co. (GAC) is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our commercial aircraft parts business across North America.
You will be directly involved in revenue‑generating activity, working daily with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and internal sales leadership. High performers have a clear and defined path to Outside Sales / Account Management
.
What you will do
- Prepare and manage high‑volume RFQs and quotations
- Liaise directly with customers and vendors to secure pricing and lead times
- Support Regional Sales Managers and the Director of Sales on key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned customer base
- Manage follow‑ups, order flow, and customer communication end‑to‑end
- Work in a fast‑paced aftermarket environment where accuracy and speed matter
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in sales, inside sales, customer service, or commercial support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a high‑volume environment
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and accountable
- Interest in commercial aviation and long‑term career growth in sales
Tools & systems
- Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is important)
- Outlook, Teams, ERP systems (Quantum Control experience is a plus)
Compensation & growth
- Base salary: $50,000–$70,000
, depending on experience - Performance‑based bonus tied to company sales results
- Defined career path to Outside Sales / Regional Account Management
, with total compensation typically exceeding $85,000+ based on performance - In‑house training and direct exposure to senior sales leadership
