Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Travel: As needed/limited

Data Comm Electronics Inc. is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our inside sales team. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate will help maintain and service existing customer accounts while focusing on expanding Data Comm’s footprint into new regions across the country.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with electrical contractors, low-voltage contractors, builders, developers, service providers, and engineers involved in residential new construction.
• Assist Inside Sales Manager with launching new products in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
• Represent Data Comm Electronics at trade shows, meetings, and industry events as needed.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development (construction or electrical industry experience preferred).
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel (1–2 trips per month).
• Competitive base pay.
• Three-month training period with commissions and bonuses available after completion, based on sales performance.
