What's In It For You?
- Base salary ($36,000/year) plus uncapped commission
- Realistic earning potential: $70K-$100K+
- No cold calls - pre-qualified leads provided
- 4-5 appointments per day
- No weekends
- 2-month PAID training: $800/week (transition to base salary plus commission)
- Monthly vehicle allowance
- Quarterly bonuses
- W-2 position + 3% retirement match
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Build trust and identify remodeling needs
- Create estimates and recommend solutions
- Close deals and manage customer relationships
- Help homeowners bring their dream remodeling projects to life

Requirements
- 3+ years of remodeling, construction, or home improvement experience
- Estimating and/or in-home sales experience preferred
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in using smartphones, spreadsheets, and MS Office (CRM software a plus)
- Reliable vehicle, clean driving record and ability to pass background check
