Overview

Wedding Sales & Coordinator — Full Time, Norcross, GA, US

Salary Range: 25.75 to 28.75 hourly. Requisition . This role focuses on driving sales performance and delivering exceptional experiences for couples throughout the wedding planning journey.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership:
    Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets, converting leads into happy couples, and utilizing effective upselling strategies
  • Client Relationships:
    Build strong connections with couples, guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and care
  • Event Coordination:
    Plan and coordinate weddings and events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Maintain precise records of event details, contracts, and documents using Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Problem Solving:
    Address challenges quickly and positively to uphold service excellence
  • Team Leadership:
    Inspire and motivate event staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure events run smoothly
Qualifications
  • Sales Superstar:
    Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience:

    2+ years in catering sales, event sales, or hospitality; college degree is a bonus
  • Communication Expert:
    Outstanding verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
  • Passionate About Events:
    Genuine enthusiasm for sales, weddings, and hospitality
  • Team Collaborator:
    Willingness to work with a team to achieve goals
Additional Information
  • Physical requirements:

    May include lifting chairs, moving tables, and assisting with banquet setup and teardown
  • Flexibility:
    Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Quarterly Bonus: 2,500
