** Corporate Account Executive
** to drive new business acquisition across our growing suite of offerings — including our proprietary SaaS platform (Nectar

IQ), IT training services (IBEX ED), and contingent workforce staffing (FLEXOps). This individual will be responsible for developing and closing qualified opportunities, building strong relationships with procurement, supply chain, and IT stakeholders, and supporting overall revenue generation.
* Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close across key sectors: tech, public sector, healthcare, and education
* Develop, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of leads generated through inbound and outbound activity
* Understand customer needs and effectively communicate value propositions tailored to IBEX services and platforms
* Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
* Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies
* Prepare proposals, pricing models, and client contracts; negotiate and close deals
* Maintain accurate records in Hub Spot CRM and track sales KPIs
* Stay current on industry trends in procurement, compliance, SaaS, and workforce development
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of IBEX’s go-to-market strategy
* Provide post-sale client transition support in partnership with operations teams
* Learn and demonstrate a strong understanding of IBEX’s service lines (SaaS platform, staffing, training, consulting).
* Build a working knowledge of our ICP (ideal customer profile) and key verticals (government, healthcare, and commercial sectors).
* Engage prospects and initiate sales outreach using Hub Spot sequences and workflows.
* Establish a healthy pipeline by the end of month 2.
* Close at least 1 new deal (any service line) within the first 90 days and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by month 6.
* This is a quota-carrying role with monthly and quarterly sales goals.
* Annual individual revenue target: $500K–$750K across all service lines (varies by product mix and ramp period).
* By end of Year 1, successful hires will have built a strong pipeline, consistently closed multi-line deals across IBEX service offerings, and contributed at least $500K in new revenue.
* Pipeline KPIs, outbound activity, and revenue contribution will be reviewed monthly.
* This role requires balancing short-term wins (e.g., training enrollments or pilot SaaS subscriptions) with longer, consultative sales cycles (e.g., multi-stakeholder staffing contracts or SaaS expansion opportunities).
* You’ll need to effectively manage time between pipeline building, nurturing warm leads, and closing both fast-turn and strategic deals.
* 5+ years in a B2B, full-cycle sales role with responsibility for new business generation
* Proven ability to sell complex solutions or services (e.g., SaaS, procurement, or staffing)
* Comfortable managing your own pipeline and forecasting revenue
* You’ve earned more than $30K+ in annual commission in past roles
* Proficiency using Hub Spot or other CRM systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable selling in-person and remotely (phone, video, email)
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines
* Experience selling into government agencies, prime contractors, or regulated industries
* BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Able to work independently and in a remote-first environment with accountability
* Excellent business writing and communication skills
* Must have current US work authorization
