Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is an integral part of the team by being the professional voice, and face of Avgroup to our customers.

Its main role is revenue generation by engaging customers and matching their needs to Avgroup’s capabilities.

At all times, a high degree of professionalism is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promote and sell Avgroup’s products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Communicate with customers to identify and understand their needs; suggest products and service options to meet those needs.
  • Generate sales leads and customer RFQ(s) to win customer purchase orders for exchange and outright sales.
  • Follow up on quotes, leads, and marketing campaigns including using proactive warm and cold calling.
  • Provide after sale support; ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
  • Monitor handling of customers’ post-order issues or needs via the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain detailed reports of Sales activities including Quotes & Sales; calls and orders.
  • Update customer profiles, lost business and any customer or vendor relationship issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or proven 2 years’ experience in a sales role, customer service or sales related field.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software skills are required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
