They're looking to add a Sales Representative to their team who can capitalize on a steady stream of inbound opportunities while proactively driving new business during slower seasons. This role the opportunity to own your territory from day one and play a key role in the company's continued expansion.

Qualifications:
  • Strong commercial HVAC and refrigeration knowledge
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Comfortable prospecting and cold calling to generate new business
  • Ability to hunt for opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer inquiries and existing accounts
  • Prospect new business through outbound calling and relationship development
  • Generate customer quotes and follow up to close business
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process
  • Assist the sales team with office support and administrative functions
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Grow your assigned territory while identifying new revenue opportunities
