Sales Director

Canon U.S.A. seeks a Sales Director to lead a branch sales organization serving manufacturing and industrial imaging customers. This role owns regional revenue growth, pipeline development, and key account strategy while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will build and coach a high-performing sales team, set targets, and drive execution using data-driven insights. Partner closely with marketing, operations, and service teams to deliver integrated solutions that reflect Canon's Kyosei philosophy, emphasizing collaboration, integrity, and long-term customer relationships in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Own branch sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
• Build and manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key manufacturing and industrial imaging accounts
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service to deliver integrated customer solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market plans
• Oversee pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations within corporate guidelines
• Report branch performance to senior leadership and recommend growth initiatives
