As a Security Officer Screening Operations in Norcross, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a fast‑paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry activity, conduct screening procedures, and support daily operations through visible presence, clear communication, and strong attention to detail. This role offers the chance to help identify security‑related concerns while delivering professional customer service.

Day Time Mon  06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and staff by following site‑specific procedures, access screening protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and/or deliveries entering or leaving the location in support of security‑related policies and shipment handling requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or operational concerns in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, document observations, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting conditions that could impact operations, access control, and/or security‑related procedures.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
