HORSEMEN INVESTIGATIONS & SECURITY is looking for a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in Norcross, GA. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in protecting people, property, and assets while working with a respected security firm that takes professionalism seriously. - Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism
- Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, and perimeters
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in accordance with protocols
- Document and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security breaches
- Control access points by screening visitors, employees, and vehicles
- Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
- Valid Georgia Security Guard license or ability to obtain one
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for accurate incident reporting
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor at all times
- Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
