Job Description - Lead Wallpaper Installer (2508895)

Description

Job Description:

To proficiently prepare wall surfaces for the installation of wallpaper, install wallpaper, and perform wallpaper repairs.

Work on various interior surfaces of a building with various types of commercial wallpaper.

Plan, coordinate, schedule, and assign wallpaper jobs. Train and provide work direction to the wallpaper team members.

Essential Skill/Knowledge Functions:

1.Oversee and organize work schedules for wallpaper crew or crews to meet deadlines.

2. Implement priority assignments to ensure prompt completions

3.Review work in progress

4.Use hand and power tools skillfully and safely

5.Secure all tools materials, and equipment required for each assignment

6.Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with supervisor, co-works and our customers.

7.Maintain material, job and personal records.

8.Be proficient in different equipment related to the task at hand in hanging wallpaper

9.Ensure wallpaper installation is installed properly and within industry standards.

10.Understand and perform proper wall surface preparations prior to wallpaper installation.

Essential Administrative Functions:

1. Assist, if needed, in center/agency surveys (Licensure / JCAHO) and any subsequently required reports.

2.Attend and participate in continuing educational programs to keep abreast of changes in your field as well as to maintain current license/certification, as required.

3.Attend and participate in mandatory in-services.

4.Honor patients/residents’ rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to wage complaints.

5.Comply with corporate compliance program.

6.Report job-related functions/tasks that involve occupational hazards.

7.Follow established safety regulations, to include fire protection & prevention, smoking regulations, infection control, etc.

8.Follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and/or working with equipment.

9.Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by the supervisor.
