- As a Night Shift Electrician, you will play a vital role in the installation of commercial electrical systems.
- Effectively lead/supervise a team of 2–3 people while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Communicate with the superintendent regarding daily goals, assignments, and project status.
- Lead a team of electricians and apprentices to maintain the project schedule.
- Read and interpret conduit drawings and blueprints and install accordingly.
- Use technology to improve communication and efficiency; ensure tools and materials are available and organized.
- Represent 5 Points Electrical professionally and promote productivity improvements.
- Complete and submit all required paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician on commercial projects.
- 3 years of electrical experience (commercial preferred). Basic low voltage experience. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of the NEC and construction safety requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret plans; strong safety awareness.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Proficient knowledge of the NEC; fluency in Spanish.
- Strong reading and interpretation of plans; leadership skills; superintendent/foreman experience.
- Knowledge of prefabrication techniques; OSHA 10/30; NFPA 70E.
- Journeyman’s License or Master Electrician’s License.
- Experience with lift equipment (Scissor Lift/Boom Lift/Telehandler).
- Knowledge of low voltage, fire alarm and lighting control systems.
- Experience with Bluebeam/Fieldwire/Revit/Conest/AutoCAD/BIM software.
- Metro Atlanta Area; work may be indoors or outdoors depending on the project site.
