Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
• Travel between various facilities to ensure optimal functioning of all systems.
• Record system readings, make adjustments, and ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
• Maintain safety standards, handle hazardous materials responsibly, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• HVAC experience with EPA universal certification; if not available, certification must be obtained.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
