Job SummarySelec Source is hiring General Labor Associates for an outdoor tent installation project. This role involves setting up and installing event equipment in an outdoor environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, hands‑on, and comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with installation and breakdown of tents and event equipment
- Use hand tools to assemble and secure structures
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Experience using hand tools required
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Weekly pay
- Overtime opportunities available
